It's a crisp, dry Riesling from the southern Pfalz region of Germany, made by a couple of brothers, Martin and Alexander on their family's 29-hectare property. This has all the hallmarks of top quality German Riesling, plenty of citrus and green apples, a touch herbaceous, with a really strong mineral finish to it. Great acidity too, making it an awesome aperitif as well as versatile with food, especially seafood.
